Business Unit Financial Administrator

Function

Your Mission:

You will join an international, young and dynamic team.

Our objectives at the financial and administrative department are:

  • Management of the client invoicing and revenue recognition of the company;
  • Contribution to the internal reporting and assistance to Project Managers for financial matters;
  • Being the main Point of Contact between the different departments and the accountants.

Your main activities will be:

  • Invoicing and Cash Collection
  • Collection and input of the data for the end of month Closing
  • Encoding of the forecast data in collaboration with the managers
  • Analysis and validation of the costs within the business units
  • Control of the expense notes;

Profile

  • You have an equivalent professional experience in a figures related environment;
  • You are IT minded and you are very familiar with Excel;
  • You have figures affinity and you are polyvalent, rigorous, organized and pro-active;
  • You are fluent in French and English (orally as well as written);
  • You have good communication skills.
