For our office in AMSTERDAM we are looking for :

Function

An energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Our Assistant is well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Your tasks mainly consist of:

Admin support:

• Organize meetings, conferences, gatherings, events and parties; prepare and distribute minutes of meetings

• Support sales development activities

• Manage schedules, calendars, presentations, spreadsheets and other related office tasks;

• Manage travel arrangements

Office Management:

• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time

• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment

• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

• Ensure staff and personnel’s morale runs high at all times

Profile

• You’re a fun and highly likeable person to work with!

• A couple of years of administrative experience

• Proficient in MS Office

• Availability of 24 hours per week ( days to be decided together)

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Dutch- English)

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Willing to travel occasionally (mainly Belgium)

Language

Excellent Dutch and English (orally and written)
